My birthday cake

I've waited 2 days late for my birthday cake. Better late than never

Daddy surprised me by telling me that he's bringing me to the 'stupid place' - Ikea today.

Mummy surprised me even further by telling me I'm going to play in the playground. I thought I was suppose to be collecting the stickers before I can go in? Well.......that's what my mummy told me. Oh! So she's bluffed me!!

Anyway, don't know to say if I'm lucky or not. On my first time there, the Aunty had to tell me that the ball area is closed as some child vomitted inside. They had to clean up the area. I can only watch boys cartoon and do some colouring. There were stuff toys inside so I played. Some older children were so naughty, they messed up the toys and then we the younger ones had to pick up after them.
When mummy and daddy came back for me, I didn't want to go home. So they went away.. and mummy came back for me after some time. This time I was ready to go with her coz' I was getting a little bored already.

I asked mummy if I can go again tomorrow coz' I really want to play in the ball area.

We then went to Courts coz' daddy & mummy needed to get a new sofa. Not before I made myself comfortable in this cute chair.

We had our dinner in Courts - the place with a noisy toilet - then went back to Ikea.

Daddy was thirsty so we went upstairs. I was greedy and wanted to eat something also. I played again, and this time I bumped into Effa & her sister. I met Effa at Cait Lin's birthday party last year.
When we were leaving this place, we saw Braxton's daddy mummy. Braxton & Melia are in the playground and I went to say hello to them.

Then it's time to head back home, mummy said it's very late already.

Trip to Sentosa

Daddy brought me to Sentosa as he had promised. I was so excited when I saw mummy packing my pail, shovel. I volunteered to carry my own bag, threw in my ah-huay hat and off we went.

We went to a couple of places, I'm sure mummy would have written it in her blog, so she shan't write anymore. She's tired for taking so long to post the entries in.

In all, I really enjoyed myself(although the weather is killing me).

Mummy said I was a cute baby when I was very very small.I was a chubby baby attracting many people's attention evrywhere I went.

Letter C - month

This month is the Letter C month. Not that I don't know my ABCs, I knew them even before I started going to school.. but she just wants to emphasise (again & again) the Phonetic sound of 'C'. I want to tell her, I know already but since she wants to do it - then let her be lor!

Mummy & me did a cat mask. And since I've been asking mummy to read me The Very Hungry Caterpillar book, she thought it'd be a good idea to use that as the book for the Letter C.

She managed to find something for me to do with the story and yesterday we did a little before leaving the house.
First, I was given some cards and I had to place them in sequence. I told daddy the story and mummy's very pleased that I can tell story now.
Then, I did some colouring of a caterpillar on a leaf.
Mummy, then surprised me by teaching me a caterpillar finger play. I get to learn about chrysalis (wah.. so chim) It is so fun... I think this is more fun than what I learn in school. I want mummy to do this with me more often.

I sneaked into mummy's files, I saw she printed some activities for me for the next letter. Till then, I'll keep you updated on the next letter.

For the past week too, she's been teaching me slowly how to make 'sh' sounds, she even let me do some worksheets. And I did so well in differentiating words that starts with only 's' and 'sh'
Actually it's fun to do lessons with mummy, but I don't understand why mummy always complain that I like to dilly dally time (such that she's behind schedule now).

I'm just like any other kids you see, I love balloons especially those that can fly.

On 29th, mummy gave me a blue balloon which I didn't really like the colour.Nevertheless, since it's given to me I shan't be so choosy.
