Outing with family

Daddy brought me out to Marina Square today. I was happy and picked out my own clothes to wear.

We had our lunch and I told daddy I wanted to eat at Sakae Sushi. Poor mei-mei can't eat but anyway she was sleeping throughout our lunch.

We walked around the place and I was so tired that I fell asleep. I have no idea how long I slept but all I knew was daddy and mummy were making their way to the car when I woke up. I had a good surprise when mummy whispered to my ears that she bought Famous Amos cookies.

When we reached home, I refused to sleep. I heard that dua-gu; dua-kim and ma-ma are coming over to our house later.
The rest is history when they came..................

I went to stay overnight in Tampines. Initially I was very excited when they wanted to take a bus home, but they changed their mind later and we went back by cab.

Mummy asked me if I wanted to attend school tomorrow(which is today), immediately I told her no. I think she already had the intention of bringing me out since she hardly spend any time with me now.

I had my lunch at home before we left, mummy didn't have appetite to eat. Since daddy took the car (anyway mummy can't drive when she is mummified at her tummy area), we took a cab down to the nearest shopping mall - Compass Point.
Our first stop was Kiddy Palace where I played the toys there, we spent about 20 minutes there until I told mummy I was hungry. She wanted to bring me to the foodcourt to have waffles but I wanted my Salmon Skin sushi from Sakae Sushi.
Yipee! I had 2 plates of that, 1 chawanmushi and I was so full!Mummy was so naughty, she didn't even finish her meal -she kept saying she had no appetite.
We went back to Kiddy Palace (again) for me to play the toys and for mummy to get some things. We then did a little shopping elsewhere and left for home after that.

Although we only spent about 3hours plus outside but I am really happy. When we got back home, I fell asleep after my nice bath.

I'm better using the scissors now

I have been cutting and cutting papers and more papers, driving mummy crazy. Because I mess up the whole house.

But now, I have improved on my 'cutting' skills. I can cut the outline of pictures.

Mummy said she'll let me cut more things now to practise.

She's so cute......

I was so happy when mummy told me................

that Aunty Jean and Aunty Caroline is coming by to our house later.

Meanwhile, I've just made my way back home with ma-ma, duakim and duagu. Dua-gu had to go back to work in the evening, so they let me have my afternoon nap first before going to Punggol and then Dua-gu can stay awhile before heading to his workplace in Hougang.

The first thing I did when I got back home, was to run straight into the bedroom and kissed mummy and mei-mei. I was so happy to see mei-mei.

I kept asking mummy why it took Aunty Jean and Caroline so long to come to our house. I was getting impatient coz' I like to have somebody to play with.
When they came by later, Aunty Jean gave me a big bag of goodies. Wow! Next time I want them to come more often. Heehee!! I told Aunty Jean that I have to put my chocolates in the fridge so the ants cannot come to eat them. I brought Aunty Caroline to my room to take my pencil. And we started doing my assesment book, she later played "Scissors,Paper,Stone" with me. She's so lousy.... I won so many times.
They left after staying for an hour or more. I was so sad but I had to bade them goodbye. I hope mummy will bring me out with them next time.

The meaning of my chinese name

Since mummy is finding the translation of my little sister's name, she has decided to translate mine as well.

My chinese name reads 陳昭绫 (Chen ZhaoLing)
昭 : bright, luminous
绫 : thin silk, damask silk

Childrens' Day

On Friday, we had an early Childrens' Day celebration. Mummy decided to let me go on half day today to enjoy myself.

We did some singing and dancing. Then the teachers gave us presents. I am so happy! I want to remain a child forever, I do not want to get married at 10 years old now!
