Travelling on a jet plane

Mummy and daddy say I am very fortunate having travelled so much. As what mummy says, I started travelling at 7 months old, a Frequent Flyer. And I've been to at least one city in almost every continent. Almost! Not entirely!

South Pacific
Australia - Sydney (that was my first trip when daddy had to work)
New Zealand - Christchurch, Dunedin, Te Anau, Queenstown, Punaikaki, Rotorua, Wellington (I remember this trip very well. It was really fun as daddy drove with mummy planning our itinery. Tampines ma-ma went with us too! I love the adventures)

Asia
Indonesia - Bali (that time mei-mei was in mummy's tummy)
Thailand - Bangkok, Phuket
Hong Kong
China - Shanghai, Hangzhou,
Malaysia - KL (can you believe it! I get to travel to KL at such a young age but mummy only went there in 2006 when I was in her tummy. And don't forget my mummy used to work in SIA)

Europe
Switzerland -Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich, Bern, Basel
Germany - Munich,
England - London
Austria - Vienna, Salzburg

USA
East Coast - New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington DC
Canada - Niagara (crossing the border at Niagara Falls. But hey! we really need to produce our passport ok!!)

This year, we flew off to China in June and Korea in December.
Both countries have their uniqueness, although I don't really like China and prefer Europe and America like mummy but mummy says we need to know our Chinese history. Yah yah! I tell you half the time mummy don't understand what's going on too!! I made friends on both trips.
I did enjoy Korea coz' it's cold. And mummy hates it coz' half the time she'll be nagging at us to put on our coat, our gloves etc.. and I don't like it. And if I rebelled, she'll insist it'll be the last winter trip for me. Ahem... as if it would be coz' I know mummy loves to spend a white christmas.

Holiday

We went for a holiday with daddy's family to China. I had no idea where I went but I enjoyed the company thoroughly. I never knew my 3 kor-kors are so fun to be with until now.

During this trip too, I like to stay with 小姑姑. She has so many games in her iPhone too! She let me play with her phone daily; she helps take care of me during our meal time so mummy and daddy can take care of that "fussy little sister of mine"

You know what is the most memorable part of the trip? When we had to take a speedboat, mei-mei and me liked it each time the boat bounce back on the seawater. We were making alot of noise in glee. Mummy and daddy were afraid that mei-mei will fly off from the boat; 大姑姑 was so afraid.

Here are the snapshots of our trip.

March

13th March - Friday
I didn't have any school today coz' it's Sports Day for P3 onwards. Mummy promised to bring me out for gai-gai. I'm even more happy that mei-mei is still required to attend school. Haha! I have mummy all to myself.

After we put mei-mei in her school, mummy brought me to MacDonalds for breakfast. I haven't had Macs breakfast for a very long time. At Macs, my friend Bonita saw me. Mummy asked Bonita and her daddy to join us at our table. I had so much fun with Bonita.

Coincidently, Bonita and her daddy are also heading to the library. We reached the library first, then Bonita came along. We flipped through books and chatted in the library, we had so much fun.
Then it was time for us to fetch mei-mei from her school. I followed mummy to her school, mei-mei was happy to see us and came to hug me.
Mummy then brought us to PP for ... Sakae. Yay! I had two plates of Salmon skin gunkan sushi, 1 chawanmushi, 1 udon

After our lunch, we walked around PP stopping by at the toys section in Isetan.

Mummy needed to do a little grocery- shopping and so we headed back downstairs and we saw this >>

Our balloons
I enjoyed myself today, I can't wait for the June holidays.

14th - 21st March
We went for a short holiday with daddy to Shanghai. We also went to this place called Hangzhou which I've been to before. Infact, I've been to Shanghai also. If only I am big enough to take the taxi by myself, I'll bring mei-mei around - and get lost together.
Photos will be up (hopefully)

23rd March
School commences, though I miss my friends I also miss the fun time playing. Why is our school holiday so short? I want to complain to my teacher!!!

24th March
Yay! I get to celebrate my birthmonth. Mummy made a brownie for me, with an ugly-looking Ariel on it.

Thank you mummy!

Back to my 'normal, boring' lifestyle

I came back from my looong holiday yesterday evening. I didn't want to come back because it would mean that Monday I will have to start school. Argh!!

The weather is so cold there, but mummy kept us really warm. I enjoyed myself so much this trip (I received the most scolding of course - that would be left to my mummy to tell the story - if she intends to). We stayed in the farm where I get to feed the animals. Grandpa Les have so many animals in his farm and his farm is really very BIG. Grandpa Les brought me on his tractor and I 'pretended' to steer it - I think he don't trust me.

We went to so many places, I can even recite the names : Lake Tekapo, Dunedin (Dun-E-din), Te Anau (Ti-ah-na), Queenstown (hey! we have a Queenstown in Singapore too!) and I can't recite the rests of the names after that.

We travelled alot on our trusty van. Mei-mei and myself have to sit behind, strapped into our carseat. At first I objected but then it turned out to be fun coz' mei-mei and myself were playing around behind and moving the carseat from left to right. It helped too that the music mummy brought along was great! I had so many Princesses DVDs but I only managed to watch my Swan Lake twice.

We were coughing, all of us including mummy. I was given Sulbutamol there, mummy is so clever - she asked Dr Lee for some medications. But mummy's probably bringing us to see the doctor on Monday - yay! no school?

Photos will be uploaded when mummy's ready and the computer can take the huge amount of photos. hee!
