My field trip to airport

This morning I had to wake up extra early to be in school for my field trip.

As usual, mummy will stick around the place until we all go up the bus and leave the carpark.






We went to the viewing gallery at Terminal 1 but didn't get to see much planes so we took a skytrain to Terminal 2. Went to the viewing gallery and I saw so many aeroplanes - many of them the familiar yellow bird (which I saw on mummy's electone organ)

The children and myself saw many aeroplanes taking off from the runway, and we were exclaiming in joy.I told the little children that I took aeroplanes many many times - 20 times (mummy say I "hao lian" boast to my friends) to New York to see Statue of Liberty, London Bridge and I dunno where else.

We left the airport and for school, arriving our school at 1pm. We had our lunch in school; took a shower and slept at 2.40pm.

I had an enjoyable day today.

Three hours of fun

Three hours seems to be a short time for anyone, but I really had alot of fun.

As we were moving out from the carpark, daddy decided to bring me to Compass Point. On the first floor, I saw Pooh and some games. I wanted to play but mummy told me "later". I was a little disappointed. I kept standing there hoping that she'll change her mind but she held my hand and brought me away.

We went upstairs, I was so happy to see........................Yes! that green froggie - Sakae Sushi. I wanted to eat my chawanmushi but daddy told me it's very crowded and we had to queue, and wanted to bring me to the food court. I told papa "but daddy upstairs is very crowded, alot of people" and pointed to the food court to him. We waited for almost 15 minutes for our turn. I had my salmon skin inari, mummy told me to eat the rice (otherwise no more salmon skin for me next time). Mummy fed me some of her rice from her Katsu Don, I saw mummy putting some chilli powder. Then she continue feeding me, I told her "chilli chilli. I dowan to eat.."Mummy told me "don't worry, mummy won't feed you chilli."

>> Ay! I thought a few days ago she just fed me with chilli??
We finished our lunch about 40 minutes later. And we went to buy some baby wipes from John Little and a waterproof mat for mei-mei - to make the amount $50. Then mummy brought me upstairs to play.

Playing this much awaited game. I had to pick up the gold coins and stick on the mural. I found the coins but had problem moving. Mummy had to hold my hand to guide me. Uncle was holding to a stopwatch. Mummy almost had an heart attack. See the quite blurry video here

I played another game where I had to throw the balls into the hunny pot. I managed to get one ball in. Mummy didn't managed to get that down on video in time. Mummy's so proud of me...

Mummy then told me it's time to go home to take a nap. I was expecting more fun as mummy told me that Wanxin & Huixin che-che is coming with Aunty Kum Foong to our house later. Then she promised me that she'll bring me here another day. Umm.. I wonder if she'll really do so.

AN IMPORTANT LESSON LEARNT TODAY / I've never seen mummy so mad with me before

I didn't get to go gai-gai today. I didn't get to play in ToysRUs. I got dragged out of my music class today, I didn't get my sticker from teacher Peggy today and I think I will not get it next week also. I can't get my own last 3 stickers to earn my trip to Wild Wild Wet (from mummy)
Most importantly, I get to learn the core lesson today- Must listen to mummy

Lessons

1) Must listen to mummy
2) Whatever mummy said is for my good, whenever she says no; she tells me why.
3) Mummy will give me chance, but if I don't listen to her - I will get severely punished after that.
4) When I spend time to do anything, to do it well not do a lazy job.
5) Mummy tells me I must show respect for my elders, by addressing them when asked to.
6) Mummy tells me I must be more sensible and be an obedient child, as I am an elder sister now.
7) I must love and share things with my family.
8) I must not bully my younger sister, I must protect my sister when she gets bullied.
9) I must apologise when I am in the wrong
10)My future lies in my behaviour & attitude.

Mummy haven't been updating. Naughty naughty!

Au naturel me........

Mummy just have to snap these naked shots of me playing and dunking my teddy bear today.

It all happened when I refused to take my bath, and mummy told me I could play in the smaller bathtub. And to shower bear-bear together.

I dunked and drowned poor bear-bear, and then moved bear-bear's hands in swimming motion. It's so fun! I think I should dirty bear-bear faster so I can shower bear-bear.

Praying

She hasn't slept in this position for a long time- the last time was about a year or more back.I call this the "sam-ba-yang"
She slept for 3hours already and still is - shit! I hope she's not coming down with some sickness or what. I am also trying to nurse myself and had to sleep separate room last night.

What's the fuss about Mother's Day ?

I simply don't understand what's the great fuss about Mother's Day. Everyday I love my mummy; everyday I make my mummy angry - does that make my mummy love me less?
What I don't understand is mummy was so happy and almost teared when I sang her this song :

Outdoor play

Yesterday mummy came to pick me up from school just as we were going out for outdoor play. She followed us to the garden to see us play.

I was one of the first few to wear my shoes. And OFF WE GO!!

We were playing something like dog & bone game. I was Number 5,
both times I beat Ethan over the game.

See, my mad mother put all her hope on me!!

Just because she don't have nice long eyelashes like me; just because she isn't tall and pretty as I am. Mummy is putting all her hope on me to be a child model; child actress and future Miss Singapore. If a future Miss Singapore is not crazy enough, she even wants me to be the first Singaporean to win the Miss Universe crown.

What do you think will happen if at the age of 17.......
1) I tell mummy I want to be a boy
2) I tell mummy I want to wear sneakers and not high heels

Trip to the NEW ! Tampines Swimming Pool

Wow! I like the new Swimming Pool. From the outside, I saw a mushroom with water spilling over from the top - I just couldn't wait to go into the pool.

There were two slides, blue and yellow slides, just like those you see in Wild Wild Wet (but not as meandering - a simple L-shape). I wanted to go on the slides and asked mummy to go along with me. After some time, one auntie spoke to mummy and asked her daughter (che-che) to bring me down as she noticed mummy's tummy. I followed that che-che twice and she really took care of me. I went to play around the mushroom after that with grandma.

Then mummy decided it's time to bring me into the bigger pool. But the lifeguard stopped mummy from a distance, at first mummy was confused as she always had no problem bringing me into a 1m pool. But then she decided to go to another pool, by then when she walked and looked at the floor, it says 1.2m. "No wonder!" This time she went to the correct 1m pool (well you can't blame mummy that pool over there used to be a 1m pool). She put on my lifevest and let me hold onto the kicking board while holding onto me. I managed to kick - err.... kick water into mummy's face. Haha! In all, I managed to do some kicking instead of just sitting in the baby float and get pushed around.

Just then dua-gu and dua-kim came by to join us.

I really enjoyed myself today and asked mummy to bring me down to the first pool with the slides again. Infact it is the first time I struggled while mummy's trying to get me out of the pool, and infact I was running away from her at one time.

We left at close to 7pm, after spending almost 2hours there, and there were lessons going on for other children. Mummy spoke to one guy, and it seems mummy is really interested to put me in swimming lessons. Oh no.. do I get to play with water??

I want to go there again. I don't like Hougang Pool anymore, it's no longer fun.

I sleeptalk

I was greeted with a red-puffy eyed mummy this morning when I woke up.

I did not know what happened to mummy, but mummy said I was the cause of her sleepless night.
Mummy told me I was sleeptalking, at some time in the middle of the night I was saying "no, no". And sometimes I'll let out a little cry. Mummy got up to see me, but I was sound asleep and she didn't know why I slept the wrong side. Anyway, she left me as I am and turned the bed, so that my head's away from the aircon draft.

She tried to sleep but just couldn't. At one time papa also woke up to check on me and he carried me back to the correct position.

Just as the two of them were trying to get to bed, I spoke "mummy tomorrow morning I wake up early early. I want to watch Barney." They look at me again, this time laughing as they saw my eyes are still closed. Umm.....

Mummy and papa can't tolerate me. Papa was saying that I'm so noisy tonight.

Mummy tried hard to get to sleep but she couldn't. She will after putting this down in the blog.
